JUNE GOALS

  • Watch my sugar intake
  • Be stronger during the weekends when it comes to eating junk food.
  • Finish reading Naturally Thin.
  • Go for a walk every morning(still)
  • Do weight training once a week
  • Try to go to the gym everyday and If I can’t go then do at home workouts.
  • Cook a home cooked meal at least twice a week.
  • PORTION CONTROL

May was pretty good but I did get lost along the way on some weekends which wasn’t good. But NOW I need to make every meal healthy.
