JUNE GOALS
- Watch my sugar intake
- Be stronger during the weekends when it comes to eating junk food.
- Finish reading Naturally Thin.
- Go for a walk every morning(still)
- Do weight training once a week
- Try to go to the gym everyday and If I can’t go then do at home workouts.
- Cook a home cooked meal at least twice a week.
- PORTION CONTROL
May was pretty good but I did get lost along the way on some weekends which wasn’t good. But NOW I need to make every meal healthy.
